All of our merchandise is inspected for damage prior to shipping.  All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service.  If you live in the city of Germantown, Ohio then you may elect for local delivery at no charge to you.  If you choose the local delivery option and you do not live in the city of Germantown, Ohio then your order will be refunded and it will not be delivered.  If you accidentally choose the wrong shipping option, please contact us immediately so that we can fix the error.  
All Bath or Body Products are non-returnable due to sanitary reasons.
Receiving Broken Merchandise - All of our merchandise is inspected for damage prior to shipping. If you receive products that were damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. Items shipped via Priority mail are not insured, so it is to your advantage to have your merchandise insured prior to shipment.
If you desire to return merchandise to us (other than those items which are non-returnable):

  1. The merchandise must be unopened and in its original packaging.
  2. The merchandise must be in resalable condition.
  3. The customer pays the shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
  4. The customer is to call us at 1-937-867-1287 for return authorization. Any returns made without authorization will not be allowed.

Please report any missing merchandise or order mistakes within 48 hours of delivery.After 48 hours from delivery, we will conclude that your order was completed accurately and no refunds or exchanges will be excepted after that time.
